About AIM Engines
Why we built this
The team at AIM Engines has spent years working with small and mid-sized businesses on the mechanics of marketing and operations. The pattern we kept seeing: teams that are genuinely sophisticated — good instincts, real goals, clear strategies — but running entirely on manual effort because the tooling built for those jobs costs enterprise money and assumes enterprise headcount.
Enterprise software teams take automation for granted. Their content operations run on specialized tools. Their community teams have dedicated platforms. Their ops leaders have real systems. SMB teams have the same problems, the same complexity, often the same strategic ambition — and a fraction of the tooling budget. AI changes that math in a meaningful way, for the first time.
AIM Engines is our answer to that gap. AI-native workbenches designed from the start for teams between 1 and 50 people. Not a "lite" version of enterprise software. Not a general-purpose AI assistant. Focused applications that do specific jobs well, without the overhead that makes enterprise tools unsuitable for small teams.
Privacy-first posture
We built AIM Engines with the same posture we'd want from a vendor handling our own data. The marketing site uses cookieless, self-hosted analytics — or no analytics at all until our own infrastructure is ready. We set exactly one cookie: a non-tracking preference cookie that remembers your light or dark mode choice. No advertising pixels. No third-party trackers. No sharing with data brokers.
Lead form submissions stay in our own infrastructure — not in a third-party CRM, not in a marketing automation platform you've never heard of. If you contact us, your information goes directly to our founder. That's it.
This isn't a marketing claim. Our operating commitments are published, and the code that runs this site is inspectable. We'd rather be boring and trustworthy than interesting and opaque.
